Processing Time All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Destinations Currently, shipping is only available within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods We offer two shipping options via Royal Mail:

• Standard – typically 2–3 business days (free)
• Tracked 48 – typically 2–3 business days (£3.40)

Costs Standard shipping is free on all UK orders. Tracked 48 shipping is available for £3.40.

Tracking Information Tracking details and dispatch confirmation are sent once your order has been shipped (Tracked 48 orders only).

Undelivered & Returned Packages If a package is returned as undelivered, it will be sent back to our return address. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
