Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using Royal Mail, with the following options available at checkout:

•  Royal Mail Standard
•  Royal Mail Tracked
•  Royal Mail Tracked 48

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We are happy to offer free UK shipping on all orders over £50.

Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary:

Standard: typically 2–3 business days, Tracked / Tracked 48: typically 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Undelivered & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undelivered, it will be sent back to the return address provided on the parcel.  Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
